5 of my friends and I have a competition. We are just starting a new season but are also getting closer to level 8/9.
Is there any possibility that next season we can all move up to pro at the same time? Or are we just stuck in rookie?

Hello,

If you join a public league, you will be able to promote yourselves into Pro (by finishing in the top 2/above the green line of the tier). 

Unfortunately, there isn't any way for you to be promoted automatically.
