What did you try to do?
Tried to open 3D

What happened instead?
Message:
Failed to initialise player.
Failed to load PlayerSettings (internal index#0).
Most likely data file is corrupted, or built with mismatching editor and platform support versions.

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Wi-fi

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
PC

What operating system is your PC?
Windows 11

Which browser did you experience the problem in?
Firefox

Can the bug be reproduced?
Every time I try to load 3D.

Hey Chris,

Thanks for reaching out for your issue. It looks like some of the files were missing or corrupted during the download. Could you try to delete every file from the install and try again please?
