How do I all of a sudden have "beat the stopwatch" achievement?

I have never broken a quali or race lap record, so I shouldn't have this achievement.

Is there a place to see the quali and race lap record of a track in new IGP?

Yes however, no races should run until at least noon tomorrow, we postponed all races till after then. We want to make sure the server is okay before moving on to the races.

@Darren : I think it is needed to postpone those races as well because there is a huge bug regarding the Chief Designer and the level cap.

Our design was well converted into the new design points system (ex : 100% design gives us 350 pts to spend and 67% gives 235 pts) but I noticed the level cap is completely bugged, here are all the data I found for elite teams :
