What did you try to do?
I tried to join a race

What happened instead?
Game was loading shortly when I pressed "go to race" then going back to home screeb

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?
Both

Did the bug happen in the app, on PC, or both?
App

What is the model of your device?
Huawei p30

What is the operating system?
Android

What is the version number of the operating system?
10

Can the bug be reproduced?
Yes as long as the race is going

Can still not join races, doesn't matter which League and which account, same with quick races

Hey Fynn,

Thanks for reaching out for your issue. It looks like your phone stopped supporting iGP Manager. Could you check your phone RAM, close other apps and clear up some phone storage and try again please?

I tried all things you said, and even reinstalled the app after doing it but it's still not working unfortunately

Yes but it's the same problem when I set 2d in the settings

After our separate discussion I believe the viewer is now working again after a secondary clear of the cache.

For those who have the same problem, using the clear cache function within the iGP manager app resolved the issue for Fynn. This can be found under settings.

Clearing the cache through androids app management settings did not resolve the problem.
