I have just bought some tokens and they're not showing up yet. I'm hoping that this is just a timing issue?

I have the same issue, I made a helpdesk issue and gave them the transaction ID. I recommend that you do the same.

Hi Brian,
The shop was not supposed to be open at this time. The tokens dialog was mistakenly put in to an active state which has allowed yourself and a couple of others to purchase some tokens.
It’s okay though, I will award the tokens to your account. Was it on this account? If you send me the invoice number I will do it by hand. :)

Hi.
Is there still an issue with tokens?
Bought some yesterday and still not shown up.
Had a message saying transactiuon gone thriough and might take several minutes to show in account.
Now over 15 hours ago.
Have sent messsage to support with account & transaction id, but no reply.
I bought these using paypal
Tried again with debit card and went through straight away.
Paypal tokens still missing
