What did you try to do?
Look at new drivers

What happened instead?
The timer for the youth academy reset for new drivers doesn't reset unless you select the youth academy building with just over an hour left to reset checked seven hours later and only just reset to two days.

Hello Sean,

I've checked your account. Right now I haven't found anything unusual. The next reset is in 1 day and 14 hours. We'll see if the drivers are really updated or not.

Hey Sean,

This is not a bug, this is made intentionally to avoid exploits such as driver farming and also in order to reduce servers workload.
