I can't get anywhere with this game, been playing since season 1. Get no enjoyment out if it anymore and are always mikes off the pace. Sometimes I'm doing faster laps than the person in front but the gap is still increasing. Do make the game better, there's another F1 game out there I'm about to look at.

Hello Max,

Having looked at your active staff, I have arrived at a few conclusions (NOTE: These are accurate at the time of typing and may have changed by the time you read this).

Drivers - You are currently running two T20 drivers. Since a major update a few weeks ago, the Talent cap was raised to 30.
As Talent is untrainable, it is widely regarded as the most important attribute for a driver and so having as high a talent as possible is always recommended.
Drivers can be bought from either your Young Driver Headquarter, or the transfer auctions.
Both these methods of purchasing drivers have their Pros and Cons and those are detailed in the iGP Manager guide(s), which I will link below for you.

• Staff - At the time of writing, your CD had a strength in Downforce and a weakness in Acceleration. This means you have a major deficit when it comes to your cars design in what is known as the "Big 4".
More information on CDs, design and the "Big 4" can be found in the guides I'll link below.

For further advice with regards to your team's performance, feel free to ask in the Help and Support subforum where other managers will be happy to help you.

I hope this has been helpful for you and prevent you being "miles off the pace". :)
