Tiers

I know this has been talked about alot, but it's getting to a critical state which is impacting your player base dramatically. I'm having guys being promoted into elite at level 16 and they are posting on my wall about how they will not score points or be competitive. I agree and sympathise with them and I can't tell them it's gonna work out because it isn't. The tier design should be your number 1 priority, you are loosing players so fast because it's so disheartening for the managers trying to race level 25-30 and they have 0 chance. Please I emplore you to do something about this asap.

It's a shame to hear it is not top priority, I fear there will be no managers left by the time they introduced these new non essential updates. We are already struggling to retain players and now with the new levels it's worse than ever to keep players interest .. the game is 10 years old you should have millions of players not less than 1000. I've seen so many managers start to play and enjoy it but then think nah sod that I'm sick of racing the impossible because they have quite literally ZERO chance. Your whole approach to the game and what you think is best is more often wrong than right, I get it you have a vision but that vision is not working players are leaving, fix the fundinemtals and the rest will follow then you will have player retention which in turn = money = more development = happy players. This game and team remind me of Ferrari in F1 so much potential but always make the wrong desicions. This isn't a slander post I just want to open your eyes and imagine what this great game could be.

Maybe give league admins the ability to use ai teams that are at current level to the league so no overpowering ai to keep it fair so in the event of shortage of player teams activate them to keep promotion on ect.i see what you mean though I feel many teams are clutching at straws submitting suggestions and not much is happening all I can say I would hate to be a new player, unless you land on your feet in a good league your pretty much racing for months on end not getting anywhere.I was lucky I found good leagues during my rookie and pro days.
