Idk if this is the right forum for this (let me know if it isn't) but I'm level 20 now and expect my academy to start giving out some 30 tals.
Do level 20 academies give out 30 tals and if so, is it worth waiting for one?

To answer your question about T30s and the Young Driver Headquarter. Technically, T30s can show up in a HQ of any level, however I have personally found that, the higher the level of your YDA, the more chances of a T30 showing up.
There is a chance you'll get lucky and get a T30 in your L20 HQ, but if you're unlucky, you may end up waiting days or weeks for one.
It's worth noting that it takes 3 days to upgrade your HQ and 2 days to refresh your HQ (unless you speed it up with tokens), so if you choose to upgrade your YDA HQ, you will only lose 1 set of generated drivers, and the chance of you getting another will be increased.
Short answer, yes, it is worth continuing to upgrade your Young Driver Headquarter.

i’ve learnt from experience they do but chances are really low, best upgrade yda to level 22 or 23 or above, chances seem to be a lot better at those levels
