the black tires I think it would be more difficult to define the performance and durability but I believe it would be a good option to have the performance of the M and the durability of the H and the temperature of the M. I imagine that this way it would make more sense for the races to have a lot of stops and it would be cool to see races where the red or black tires perform poorly because of the temperature and all the teams looking for the best moment to get rid of the obligation to use the 2 tires.
