What did you try to do?
Bought 180 tokens

What happened instead?
Did not get tokens. Tried to buy another 180 tokens and an error box came up saying I already own it. But token display says 2 tokens

Did the problem happen while using wi-fi, mobile data, or both?

Can the bug be reproduced?
I don't know, game will not allow me to buy tokens.

Additional comments:
First time I lost 180 token I trained a driver and after using 280 tokens to train driver, the drivers specs did not change. After spending hundreds of dollars it would be nice to be reimbursed.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing a recurring issue with buying tokens.

Sometimes, it can take a few moments for the tokens to be credited onto your account - refreshing the game should make them appear.

If this does not work, please contact the support team through the Helpdesk where they will be happy to assist you further. 
If possible, please attach a screenshot of your receipt to your support ticket.

EDIT: After seeing Kevin's comment (now deleted), could I please ask what the issue you're reporting is. 
Are you saying that you bought tokens and didn't receive them, or that you tried to train your driver but they didn't progress?

If it is related to driver training, and is for the same account you created this thread with, please can you record a video of yourself training the driver so the developers can take a look.

Did you follow Connor's instructions about raising a ticket in Helpdesk?

Ending the iGP Manager app's background process, also known as a force quit, then restarting the app may help redeem your purchase and the tokens added to your account.

If the tokens still have not appeared, please log into the iGP Manager account you made the purchase with. Then, submit a request for assistance by visiting the Help page at the bottom of the side menu in your iGP Manager account and opening the Help & Support tab. Please provide the receipt(s) you received via e-mail from Google Play in your request so we may award the Tokens manually.

(NOTE: Do not attach bank or credit card statements or receipts from PayPal.)

One last observation... If you're talking about the Talent 4 driver in the account you posted from, personally I would advise against spending any more tokens on this driver (you already appear to have spent 200 tokens on legendary racecraft). Instead look to employ a driver with much higher talent and train in the standard way as described in the guide available on the Help & Support section of this forum.
