Race wiever problem

Hello i have problem with race wiever. When i click on it its shows me new firefox window with screen iGP manager downloading 0.0/1 and nothing do when i have it open for long time. I cant go to wiev the race, before this new patch i can open 2d wiever easly. Can someone help me with this problem???i have windows 7 with sp1, installed firefox with new java and patcher for igp manager.Before last update of igp all working superb, now i cant go to race to control race. Thanks for help

First time opening takes long to connect. try right click go to race and select open in a new tab.
Let it sit for 5minutes then push Ctrl + F5 then enjoy your race.

Make sure you are using https:// instead of http:// The viewer won't load with insecure content this is for your safety.

sometimes draging the url to the main browser windows (to the button that opens a new tab in chrome or firefox) and closing the little race window after... well, yes, sometimes it helps avoiding loading errors)

Hi, the only browser I have got to work with the race viewer is Microsoft Edge on Windows 10. It does say not responding for a while but after a few minutes, it all kicks into life.
