I have a few questions that I want to ask

1. I train my drivers regularly but after the race they lose driver stats , Can someone explain why this is happening

2. When it comes to sorting out strategies for the race it tells you either cold, cool, warm or hot for the different tire compounds , Any advice on this

The drivers don't lose stats, they get tired losing health during the race or when training. They will recover over time.

The tyres description has more to do with with the appropriate push you need to use to keep the tyre temperature under control.
It says that because at lower temperatures you will be able to push more when using soft coupounds (but the same goes for the other tyres).
In the end you will pick tyres because of the tyre performance, SS is the fastest tyre but has high wear, H tyre is the slowest but has low wear. The strategy is balancing these factors.
