Greetings. I bought a new phone, the Samsung Galaxy A33. Everything else works fine, including the other games, but here on IGP I can do everything but, when it's time to go to the race (by clicking the green button) it takes me to the loading screen and immediately returns to the home screen. So I can not follow the race. What should I do? Thank you.

Hey Roberto,

Thanks for reaching out for your issue. The device mentioned doesn’t have enough RAM to use the 3D mode. I advice you to set the game settings to 2D viewer in order to load the race successfully.
