As a host of a league. I really wonder how many people quit this game once they reach Elite at level 10-15 and suddenly can't even score a single point after fighting for championships in rookie and pro.

The numbers are perfect:
- 30 levels
- 3 divisions

My suggestion: When in promotion range, have a level requirement in order to successfully promote. Rookies in range must be level 10+ to promote to Pro and Pros must be 20+ to promote to Elite. It will artificially slow down promotion pace. Which can be frustrating. But I can't tell you how many fresh promotions go from loving the game to completely disappearing after a couple seasons in Elite. There are xp boosters so I don't believe this would be a hit to the revenue stream as there is more reason to buy them for those wanting promotion. Idk. I just hate seeing people quit the game because they are bored of being P15 at best for no other reason than being level 15 racing against level 20+ managers

This is a quicker way to kill this game.

After being stuck for 5 seasons in a rookie tier or after winning their seventh pro tier, finally they are destroyed in elite by level 27(30 in few months from now) having 7 or more levels.

I don't think new players will last enough to reach elite tiers. If the target is no new players quitting your elite tier, this works.

The latest changes are aimed to get money from the old accounts. XP packs are mainly used by competitive players who want to dominate because of their higher level. The league system needs a rework but iGP is focusing in other areas.

I hope this is solved before it's too late. On average I see a shorter list of live races than only one year ago.
