Just trained my drivers 6 times, and their health dropped accordingly, but when the progress bar hit 100% it then said "No change" to my drivers statistics.

Most of my drivers stats are on the maximum possible for my level, but shouldn't something / anything have gone up? I have the training set to "all" so shouldn't it just fill in the blanks when training them? There are a few stats sitting around 4-5 that I thought would go up. Like composure for instance.

I think under the current system it is possible to get unlucky and have no change. I tried to reduce the odds of this happening to be very low, so it could just be bad luck in this example.
