App for mac wont start

Hello today i tried to download the app onto my mac but when i started the launcher the following text poped up "logsfilenotwrritble". I had the option of close or continue i pressed the continue and the game quit. I got the app from appstore but it just shows a me a blurred background  but strangly enough sometimes it work but it just shows me the homepage in which i can switch to transfers  ,staff etc and nothing works on the appstore version
