Dear developers!
Currently, it's impossible to race against the active guys in rookie (and I assume it's the same in pro), who have already raced in elite and have level 20+ HQ. Despite the weight compensation, their pace is still unbeatable with low level cars. And it's mainly because of their advanced DRS and boost. If there's a way, you should introduce the restriction of these 2 areas. In rookie, they should race with level 10 DRS & boost maximum. In pro, they should race with level 20 DRS & boost maximum. Higher level managers would still have a necessary amount of advantage in lower classes, but they would not be unbeatable anymore.
