For some reason my game keeps crashing whenever I am in the loading screen for watching/managing my race. Has anyone else got the same problem?

I have a few quick questions in relation to this issue, just to help the developers in troubleshooting this issue:



  • Which device model(s) is this issue occurring on?

  • What is the Operating System for these device(s)?

  • Where applicable, which browser(s) did you experience this issue in?

  • Does this issue occur with Wi-Fi, Mobile Data or both?

  • Are there any geographical reasons/restrictions which may limit the game's ability to fully function in your area?

Hello,

Thank you for answering my questions.

Are you trying to open the race in the 3D viewer? If you are, can you try using the 2D viewer by going into the settings toggling it to 2D, and spectating a race, to see if this fixes your issue.

I have the same issue as of yesterday, can't load race, can't load to view other people's either. I usually use tablet but had to use my phone yesterday instead so it's not the internet connection.

Hey,

If your device is crashing when loading the race it means that it isn’t powerful enough to manage the race viewer.
