Three weeks ago I bought a driver with talent 30 in your store. The next day I received a confirmation of this purchase, but I haven't received the driver to this day.. why?

I am sorry to hear about you not receiving your Talent 30 driver after paying for it. 

Was this one of the Special Offer In-App Purchases, or a driver you bid for on the transfer market?
