I came first in qualifying

What happened instead?
But I started the race in 2nd

How do you know you started 2nd then?  If you weren’t there you probably got overtaken at the start if someone started with a higher pl. There are many position changes (back and forth) at the start of a lap even for managers that are online.

Hello Brad. Assuming you are referring to the Abu Dhabi grand prix yesterday, I can see from the race data you qualified first, and that you were in first position for each of the first 5 laps, although this does not confirm where you started as this is your position at the end of each of the laps, not the start.

Why do you believe you started in second position? Especially since you say you were not present for the start of the race.

Sorry, no I was actually talking about the race before - when this thread was posted.

However, your point about end of lap may be the answer. I presume I then got overtaken on first lap.

Hey Brad,

I can see your race in Bahrain where you qualified on pole, it appears you started on pole, and were overtaken on the first lap, where the winner went on to lead every lap of the race, I'd imagine they attended being as they had lapped you in 2nd. I'm not sure there was a bug, just the overtake on the first lap as the post race position stat shows after you cross the start line. (as Red said)
