Tokens Didn't Register

What did you try to do?
Purchase 180 tokens for $15.89 (post tax) through the app using apple pay.

What happened instead?
Purchase went through and is on bank statement however tokens didn't show up. If checking my account you'll see I successfully purchased and received tokens a day or two after this.

Can the bug be reproduced?
Possibly, it's hit or miss. It's happened previously on an 80 token purchase but worked after closing and reopening the app. It has also happened and the tokens appeared after clearing cache, this time neither worked. Purchasing through the app is less reliable for me than through web.

It's my understanding this happens from time to time, not a big deal just want to see if I can get those tokens so it's not $15 lost :) Thanks!

Absolutely, my apologies for posting on the public forum I hadn't seen the ticket button. I will see if I can find where it signifies iGPManager.com on my statement, as on the mobile app it's changed to Apple purchase but the value of course is the same.
