Lagging in the final sector meaning I’m unable to cancel stop

What did you try to do?
In a league race with a chance to win I was coming to my final stop onto Hards,

What happened instead?
but when I made the changes to cancel one of my drivers stops it lagged and so he pit onto the wrong tyres (illegal in this league as it is two compounds) and was double stacked

Unfortunately latency issues can and do occur with many active managers in races. It sounds like a connection issue just happened at the worst time possible leaving you with a poor finish. Keep an eye out for if they continue to happen just before pitting or if it is a bit more random.

The thing is the app just completely stopped for a long time multiple times in the race, it wasn’t like saying “connection issue” at the top of the screen it just stopped and started. Tbh it is partly my fault for not stopping it earlier or at least changing the tyre to a hard even if I was still going to double stack, because I would have won even then.
