Disqualifizierte Fahrer Bug?

Wenn ein Fahrer disqualifiziert wird weil er die Reifenregel ignoriert hat, warum bekommt er trotzdem Punkte bzw warum rücken die Fahrer dahinter nicht nach und bekommen die Punkte? Oder is das ein Bug?
