Shortlisted Staff from the Old iGP is no longer shortlisted?

Before the change over of iGP, I had somebody on my shortlist and now, on the new igp, the person who I had shortlisted is no longer shortlisted. Is this a bug or is it right to of happened?

Shortlists were wiped during the changeover as the majority of teamless drivers were deleted.
