I have probably mentioned this in the past but bringing it to attention again.
Please lock the qualifying conditions for ALL the cars on the grid so they run under the same conditions.
I know this may seem like a small issue because it majorly affects the ultra competitive leagues but please take us into consideration as well ?.
The margins we play with are so small that qualifying plays a huge role. Try to understand how anyone would feel getting shafted due to a change in temp/water level during qualifying despite using the majority of your day to plan for the race. Not to mention the precious points that may be lost as a result.
Please please please look into it ?.

I agree 100% with Archie. Whenever something that affects the game's randomness is suggested (VSCs, crashes etc) the community always turns down those suggestions because those changes would make the game more based on RNG luck, and yet the current qualifying system is consistently overlooked.
Qualifying at uniform temp would already be enough of a weighted diceroll with the current system (sometimes a car that is very suited for a track might not start on their expected position even in equal conditions to other cars), so if we could just get rid of another RNG element that affects the races (and a huge one at that), i dont see why that couldnt be corrected? For example just take the temp and water height from the same moment setups lock? It wouldnt suppose an advantage for anyone specifically and it would make the competition a bit fairer and with less RNG bs imo

As showed privately to Archie the report was coming from one account using the wrong setup. Checked the simulation too and according to the logs all the cars ran their qualifying laps with the same temperature and water on track. We're more than happy to check other recent reports, if you've, please attach meaningful feedback and information.
