Hi everyone. here goes;
What does technical director, doctor and chief designer do?
If Chief designer is good at acceleration and bad at breaking, is one point used on acceleration
more efficient? Even though it still is one point, so there is no statistical difference you can see?
are stats of the cars balanced at this time? Acceleration, Braking, cooling etc. or is there one stat that
has no downsides?
Is the grey area on thermometer the best for driving quick in races? When I told my worse driver to push
he was quicker than the better driver steadily through the lap even if is tires were slightly on the red.
In driver profile near the stars there is a number, ie. (2). What does it mean?
Where is the spying option I have read about? I haven't found one.

The Chief Designer strength and weakness is applied to next seasons car. At the end of your current season you will be given new cars with points allocated in approximately the same ratio as your old car but with more points added to the area of the CD's strength and fewer points added to the area of the CD's weakness.
Currently the tires seem to be very tolerant to some over heating. (Maybe too tolerant so this might change in the future)
The stars represent how good your driver is relative to your level cap (five stars is the best) the the number after the stars is your level cap. This will go up as you level up.

Thanks, but I don't understand the level scaling. My driver has 4 and 1/2 stars. He also has (2) next to the stars.
Does the 2 mean that he's capped at 2 stars? That wouldn't make sense since that is not a statistic that affects anything, I think it's cumulative of all the stats of the driver put together.
So does that (2) affect the stats somehow? His fast corners skill can't be higher than 2? that wouldn't make sense either.
Does it mean that I can level up his skills 2 more times? Doesn't seem like it, the number didn't change after I leveled the driver.
The drivers don't have levels apparently so can someone explain this to me?
Ah, so it's a balancing act with the tyres. I guess it's with this whole game the same thing, many things will change so you can spill the beans about the mechanics of the game. They ARE going to change many many times during the life span of this game.

The 2 is the driver level, and that level is capped on your manager level. As for the stars, I believe he is saying that they represent their skill to what you are capped at getting.
So, you're a level 3 (I assume?) so a level 2 driver for you would be 4 1/2 stars. However for me, a level 5, it might be 2 and a half stars, because I can get a level 5 driver, so he's not the best I can find.
Correct me if I'm wrong though Leslie. This is the first I'm hearing of this (still reallllllly new to the game), so I don't want to say it wrong. lol
