Drivers height

Hey!
I heard that in the old iGP the driver was faster if he/she was slower. Is this the case still? If I have two drivers similar with stats but one is 170 cm and the is 180 cm, will the shorter one be faster?

And second question, does more talented drivers drive also faster, or do they only progress faster in the training/development

you mean shorter? and taller? mmm i know the driver was faster if she/he is lower in weight. That's why some women were really fast. Men can't weight less than 51kg and women can weight 46kg. I've never heard about height, maybe you are right :P
In the new game, a lot is still unknown, i think talent is shown in the circuit so, yes, they are faster. Younger drivers train more quickly than older drivers.
That's my experience but, i'm just a manager like you ;)

Why can't men weight below 51 kg, thats discrimination !
