I just tried bidding on two TDs but it didn't work. I clinked on the bid button but nothing happened. I had enough money and tokens for the bid and they where withing my level cap so I don't understand why it didn't work. As far as I can see however no money or token are gone.
Can you try bidding on a different internet connection? For example, if you are on your home's Wi-Fi, but have the ability to use your phone as a hotspot, try connecting to your phone's hotspot instead. Then try to bid and let us know what happens!
Out of interest, have you had the site open for a long time when this happens? Try opening it in a new window and going straight to transfers and trying to bid.
There was an issue just before launch with bidding where the connection to the server could time out if the window was left open for a long time. A good example of this would be if you had it in a background tab in the browser for hours, maybe even the computer goes to sleep then you come back then try to bid.
We addressed this though, I thought. But maybe it is still happening for some people.
Seems to be working now. When I have tried the tab had been left open 45 minutes to an hour beforehand while I raced. Refreshing did not help nor did opening a new tab. I tried again after my race today and it worked fine.
I have the same issue. I played the game for roughly 2 weeks now and I can't place any bid or even try the buy button. I have enough cash and tokens to do so but nothing happens...
Hi Roth, have you tried refreshing the site and bidding within 60s of opening it? I only ask because I think this will prove that your connection to the server is timing out, then we can work on some fix for the problem.
