I've posted this before, I'm posting it now, and I'll probably post again. I speak for everyone here I mean literally every single person who plays this game and none of them will disagree with this.
League tier system needs immediate reform. I have ideas like set min level to enter elite or create a new tier etc, we do not care how you do it but it needs doing. I'm going to be promoted to elite this season. I will be racing level 28 managers with maxed out HQs and elite drivers. my HQ is under level 5 the amount of time to max it completely insane, it will take over a year to complete and be on par with others and that's just mental. I will not be competitive for a very very long time and you need to do something about this asap. What's the point of me playing if I can't even get top 10? That's how new managers feel and end up leaving because of this reason.
