...and the tokens are gone, but he's still in the academy, not my driver list.

This already happened before wasting my tokens when I tried to scout drivers and got nothing. Getting frustrated with how 'token-centric' this game is considering how often it steals tokens from players like the arcade games of the 80s eating coin.

Thats a bug that was resolved, i never did get an answer from Jack as to how many drivers one can have in the academy at any one time, i can only assume 5 drivers? so if you tried to scout more before the fix you would of been able to use the feature and lose a token. with the fix you can't have anything more than a specific amount of drivers in the YDA and then the scout button is grayed out. once you get rid of one of those prospects the button isn't grayed any more until you fill it.

If you know how many were taken from you by this then Jack maybe able to help you with it, recently he has given tokens back to players who lost theirs due to any number of issues with the new system.

It is working here, I can't reproduce the issue. Do you mind if I login on your account and try it? I will give you any Tokens back which I use.

As Jason said, I will also gladly return any Tokens you have spent if this occurred as you describe. In your transaction history though, I see two young drivers scouted and no record of any promotions. Your Token balance has not changed since scouting the drivers either, indicating that Tokens were not taken from your account for a promotion as believed. Could you refresh the site and let me know if this is correct?

I see that your balance has remained at 315 tokens with no record of a driver ever being promoted.
