Bringing back older cars

Hey, I was wondering about bringing back an older set of regulations.

I know we’re due to receive the 2022 cars very soon, but I’d also love the opportunity to take our regulations back to the 90s, or early 2000s, or early 2010s, adjustable by the league owner. It would be a cosmetic change of course, plus changing the engine sounds as well. Plus, whichever league you join, your car will be adjusted accordingly. In theory it shouldn’t be too hard. Anyone else want this too? 

I would love it, but I think it's a bit of work... If it's just a car model then maybe it's not that much, if it's model + "physics" then maybe it is too much work.
