possible glitch with a league

so i have been apart of this league for half a game season so far, relentlessly in pursuit of the top 3 and came up 6 points short in the end. now that the season is over, it appears to of glitched or bugged or something like this, i was not sure yesterday but i decided to leave it to this morning and discovered it has not changed.

Basically the winner driver and team on the right along with who joins and left the league are not showing up, the information window including the link for how well setup the team is before each race is mashed together with what appears underneath to be "next race...round of 17" a Romanian flag and it being at Thursday 1am. It shows the previous race results but that's all.

I was considering moving to another league so both my drivers can benefit from racing around, go to "review" in the league i am considering but it says that i would receive a financial penalty of 20m dollars and just below in a red box it says "you can't join a league while in a race" even though that race ended about 10 hours ago, it showed it after that race and it shows now and the ability to press the "yes" button is grayed out anyway.
