Leveling up my technical director ( experience stat)

¿Qué es lo que ocurrió?
I bought my TD when her stats were 29-26-29, overall of 26. Now she is 29-29-29 and still overall of 26.

Hello,
With 600 races under your belt and an account level 27, you're an experienced player and I guess you've mastered the game. So I don't understand your question.
The level of the staff (CD, TD, DR) has never changed, whatever their stats. Their level is static.
So what exactly were you hoping to get?

I never had staff long enough to notice this before, but I assumed their overall rating would increase if their experie!nice increased. I know the other two stats don't increase.


It just feels wrong to have a TD with all stats on 29-29-29 but an overall star rating of 26... How is that even right?

Are star ratings only related to your manager level for staff only?

To be honest I believe this is either a bug or bad programming

Star ratings is related to your manager level for both staff and drivers.
But unlike drivers, staff levels never change, even if their statistics do. By the way, for staff, only experience can increase.
