all of my league rivals getting lucky with talent 30 while i sit here just being able to find talent 1-10 all day, please help me out.

You're level 12, so it would be hard for you to get anything more than T20, coz their base level is prob Lvl 14+. Still, my alt's youth acad is gonna upgrade to Lvl 16 in 2 days, will update you if I find a T20+ to sell
