Give the the man a medal for still working at that age

I think the oldest employee was a 143 year old I acquired who retired at 144 years old. Not sure if it was on this account or another one.

how can i train staff, or only drivers is possible ?
And anyone know if the staff improve atributtes automaticaly ?
