Hello, so I was trying to access the game today on my laptop but the website didn't work, it times out
The same thing happened to my phone app
While everything else was working fine (discord, youtube, other games) but igp wasn't working for me
Until I tried a VPN on my phone and it worked, so perhaps it is a server issue in a country? Currently I am in Morocco so please have a look at the issue, thanks

Hey Eve,
We need more information in order to understand what’s going on. The WiFi you’re using is it domestic or a public network?
If it was a general issue with our server we would have dozens of reports already so my first guess is that the WiFi you’re using has blocked certain domains.

Could you try incognito mode in your browser?

Could you try with mobile data? In order to discard the the issue is isolated to your router.

Alright so mobile data is working, also the issue is now fixed
I just tried again with my wifi on my phone app and it's working at last
