Time for a bit controversion, shoudnt we recrute pit crew in way as we do with other stuff? I am so glad that i didnt have to spend single token to get pit crew, but is weird when they are nameless, and what we train them once and they will remain forever?

Also it will be cool if 5% health for watching ads will be given to pitcrew as well, or in their menu appear other ads

I am after race now, and i miss pit times

I do agree with this, but ny question is this, is every person in the pitcrew going to need to be bought, or are you saying sections, like buying a seperate crew for FL, Middle etc.? Also, although it is a good idea, realistically teams irl and in management games never buy/sell pitcrew, they are usually just normal mechanics in the garage that are also trained to do pitstops. Lastly, my problem with this system is that rich ppl that have collected so much money would be able to immediately have Red Bull pitcrew by buying them, instead of grinding like the rest of us, which could make it unfair short term.

It would be great if they put videos on how to gain energy, like in pilot training. Another thing I missed is the pit stop time appearing as soon as the change is made, it wouldn't cost anything if they included this information.
To create a greater balance, they could add another mechanic to the mechanics' training. When we train pilots, the gain in attributes is permanent, the pilot does not regress, only the energy. Mechanics' attributes could regress if they were not trained regularly. This would compensate teams that regularly train their mechanics but cannot afford to pay large salaries.

The regression you describe is "Atrophy", this is already included.

About salaries, i have two drivers from academy, and 5 stars stuff and even with huge salaries for stuff my balance after race is positive.

Hi Kevin!

The whole Pitcrew stuff is really a good idea, in our todays race, we had some nice position changes due to the different pit stop times, but ill doubt, it will have a long lasting effect.

What will happen, if everyone in the league will have a 5 stars pitcrew? Then it will be equal again or am i wrong?

I don't think it will ever be equal because there will always be some variance in stationary time. Higher level crews will presumably experience fewer mistakes, but they will still happen. So everyone having L30 pit crews will not result in a return to what we had before the update (identical stationary times for everyone).
