Top line of menus and screens covered over

What did you try to do?
When selecting HOME, the button is covered bu top status bar. The occurs with the X button when viewing stats on drivers/staff in transfers and also in upgrades screens

This keeps happening to me ever since the update, I can't press on Home and the first subtab available is Next Race.
