Hey managers,
That’s a clear symptom of cache issue. I can only ask to perform carefully a hard refresh if the issue is happening in web and cache clear from Settings if the issue is happening on the app.
If still you’re experiencing the issue and you’re sure that you followed the steps right please screen record the operation of hard refresh and the issue so we can have a look.
I logged in both accounts and everything looks fine here to me.
