Why does my chief designer’s and technical director’s star ratings go down even though i’ve barely had them for 3 days. Am i doing something wrong, can i do something about it or is it bad luck. Many thanks for any help.
As your manager level increases you essentially outgrow your staff so you'll see them decrease which means you just got to get new ones as your level increases.
