Hello I’m fairly new to this game but i have an enquiry
Why does my chief designer’s and technical director’s star ratings go down even though i’ve barely had them for 3 days. Am i doing something wrong, can i do something about it or is it bad luck. Many thanks for any help.

It’s neither bad luck or you doing something wrong ?
A CD, TD, DR and drivers star rating is dependent on the level of your account. The most likely answer is that you are leveling up.
Drivers can be trained but staff cannot be.

As your manager level increases you essentially outgrow your staff so you'll see them decrease which means you just got to get new ones as your level increases.
