On my Carlin account I used 15 tokens to upgrade my SImulator from Level 1 to level 2. There were only 2 days left.
Nothing happened. I lost the tokens but the Simulator remains on Level 1.
Please can you look at what happened?

I see that while you had 15 Tokens, 10 were used to take 2 days off of a construction project at 21:18:17 (GMT), but I can't see for which facility. This left you with 5 Tokens, as expected. 19 seconds later, at 21:18:36 (GMT), you started an upgrade on the Design facility.
A couple of quesitons for clarity as I found a couple of things misleading, it sounded like you said 15 Tokens were spent and that nothing at all happened. But I can see 10 were spent, and you were able to start another construction project immediately afterwards. That wouldn't be possible if nothing happened.
I can't reproduce the issue and have no problem upgrading the simulator facility on my end using Tokens. Are you sure it wasn't an upgrade on the Design facility, just before you started upgrading it to level 3? I'm trying to rule out any misunderstanding to get to the bottom of what actually happened, because nothing jumps out in the data. The only thing I can't explain is if you say this was definitely a Simulator upgrade.

Hi Jack,
Sorry I thought I edited the post. It was 10 tokens to speed up the building of the Simulator. The Design facility was finished a few days ago now. (I've been upgrading everyday since I created the account).
The construction of the Simulator was locked with 2 days remaining. I used the tokens and the construction appeared to be complete and I then clicked to upgrade Design again (5 days). The simulator remained at Level 1 though and has not gone up to L2.

Just a question that may explain things. Do I start without a Simulator at all? If so that is what has happened. It was my first upgrade on the Sim and now I have a L1 Sim.
If this is the case, sorry for the confusion.
