I'm selling my T30, lvl 28 driver. His attributes are almost maxed out, with just his mental stats on 29 (except experience), maxed out in everything else. Vice champion last season, and was generally on a very close pace, sometimes even outperforming my first driver who's T30 with similar attributes, but with legendary racecraft trait.
