Race start with inters when the strategy was changed 8 minutes in advance. Plus only being able to change 1 driver tyres in grid

¿Qué has intentado hacer?
I changed my strategy to full wets, pre race. It was saved (I checked twice), yet qualifying was done with inters. Other players on my league complained about the same. Although some drivers did get wets correctly from the start.

Second issue: Only being able to change 1 driver's tyres on grid while on mobile. I could change both tyres on grid when using the PC.

Saved strategy for race with inters, changed to full wets before the 10 minute lock. Still qualified with Inters. ( I was not the only one).



Second issue: I was able to change the tyres on grid (I was on pc), but other players could only change 1 driver tyres.

Could this be because on pc you can see both drivers strategies simultaneously? While on mobile you need to swap between drivers.

Yes, highly likely, since this is not the first time it happens. Although this time I was on pc and could change the tyres to full wets on BOTH drivers, while on mobile in the past I could only change one driver.

I can't help with the inter problem but maybe able to help with the second driver tyre change. I've noticed that when you change the first driver then select the second driver it's showing the second stint not first, you have to use the left arrow and go back one then you can change. It's what I learnt from experience as the same thing happened to me once before.

So for starting on inters.

If you had advanced strategy active, and left it to fit inters at 0.0mm, this would override your selection of wets in the main strategy. This is the most likely thing to have happened considering it affected many of you, although there is no way for me to confirm.


For all players, I would recommend making use of the hammer and spanner at the top of the screen to enter the strategy planner, and then it is easier to select tyres.


As Wholly says, it often opens the second stint, so you have to tap left to access the first stint.
