Poor Windows Graphics

As always I opened the Windows Desktop ürgram of iGP manager. Nothing fancy.

But this time out of nowhere, the graphics of the whole game were very poor in all kind of menus, the race itself and submenus. I tried to deinstall & reinstall the game or to change the compatibility mode, but, unfortunately no change.
I'm using Windows 10.
Since then, every time I open the Desktop program, the graphics are very poor.

Pleas help me.
