Progress bar is going down not up

Additional comments:
Could this be happening because im trying to train physical and stamina is already at 30, this is for my youngest driver

Assuming it is Thomas button, training physical will have no effect as you have both 30 stamina and green bmi. No further improvements are possible.

What you are likely seeing is the bar passing 100 and resetting rather than it physically moving downwards.
