Ban for taking anti-war stand

I'm just wondering how much the fact i'm baned in ZIA FORMULA ONE CHAMPIONSHIP (now i joined to other league to play anyhow at least) for taking an anti-war stand are correct from the point of view of the official iGP developers policy. I just want to join back to that league cuz it's one of the most active leagues in russian segment of iGP, this is literally the only one iGP community where I manage to communicate freely. May I somehow join back again? (maybe due to admins' help, please, if it's possible?)
