Enable the notifications as every other app on my smartphone

Latest version of the app, 4.102 (478), and updated system software. Already tried re-installing the app, clearing the cache and everything, but still no results

I managed to workaround the problem by logging in and enabling the notifications on the mobile browser, but still cannot receive anything from the app itself.

Hey Lorenzo,

Thanks for your report. We’ve been researching about this issue and it seems that Samsung messed up with notifications in the latest update. You can find more about it if you click here.

We’ll try to address the issue in future app updates.
