Ads in the app

How does the ads work in game? Is it timed where you can only watch ads at certain point of the time. 

By the looks of it you can only use 1 of 3 ads to choose from. Either xp, cash or parts and there's also the health regeneration. Watching the ads multiple times for the hp, all of the sudden it stopped popping up, but when I went to the shop and the other choices was there. I went for parts as I think that's more valuable in the long run. Did it a couple of times but then it disappeared also. Like the hp boost.

So to recap my question, ate the ads capped at a certain point to where you would have to wait for it to pop up again? 

And if so how long would you have to wait and how many times could you do it in a day??

If I can remember correctly but not done for long time, it used to be 10 ads for health generation, then for XP, parts, engine points & cash they were all given a set amount each day, I think it was 3.

Thanks I saw it before but didn't take advantage of it. Now I'm mostly here just sitting down waiting for the next race to happen as the clock ticks down. So when browsing through and the blue button popping up gives me an incentive to watch it as I am mostly doing nothing.

From my experience of watching ads, it is 8 for health regeneration, 5 for parts, 3 for XP, 2 for investments.
