Hello,

Sorry that you did not receive the staff member you paid for - as you said, this issue may have been caused by the number of Chief Designers that you have. The limit is 5, so if you already have 5, you won't be able to hire any additional CDs.

I have flagged this thread to the Support Team to see if they are able to return the tokens that you spent.
